Dominique Pondal

Clinical Psychologist

About Me

I am a psychologist with over 10 years of clinical practice with children, teenagers and adults. I’ve worked both in local institutions and private practice. My studies and practice in Psychoanalysis have led me to believe that building a safe environment to explore issues and difficulties leads to gaining more perspective and awareness. This will enable you to make positive changes that allow you to enjoy a fulfilling and satisfying life.

Treatment Approach

My clinical approach involves engaging in meaningful conversations during our sessions, which is based on my psychoanalytical training. Initially, you’ll get to know me and my therapeutic style. If, after our first meetings, we both feel that my approach aligns with your needs, we can begin our journey together. We’ll explore your current issues, uncover underlying patterns, and develop practical strategies to overcome obstacles and achieve your goals, all through a deeper understanding of yourself.
